Ready to Start the Process? Here’s Where to Start.

DEED REQUEST - FORM SUBMISSON. USE ADDITIONAL INFORMAITON FORM TO TELL US ANYTHING WE MIGHT NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DEED YOU WANT US TO PREPARE.

If you would like our attorneys to prepare a quit claim deed for you, we will need some information to start the process. Please complete the form to the left and submit the requested information to us. Once we receive your information, we will review what you provided and get back to you shortly. We will let you know within 24 hours whether your proposed deed will be subject to recordation and transfer taxes and, if so, what the estimated amount of taxes will be.

After that, if you want to proceed, we will send you our retainer agreement and an invoice. Once we receive the signed retainer and payment from you (the agreement can be signed and payment made online), we will prepare the deed.

After we prepare the deed, we will send it to you for review, and, once you approve it, we will schedule a remote online notarization for the deed to be signed by the required parties.

Once the deed is signed, we will submit it electronically for recording with the appropriate jurisdiction. Typically, it takes us no more than 7 days from receiving your information to us submitting the signed deed to the city/county recording office.
