We will prepare a no-consideration deed for you conveying your property, or an interest in your property, as you direct. Our fee includes preparation of the deed, remote online notarization execution of the deed, and recording of the deed with the applicable City or County. (One property per deed.)
Note City and County recording fees (which will not exceed $71.50) and any applicable recordation or transfer taxes are not included in the flat fee for our services. If your deed is subject to transfer and recordation taxes, we will notify you in advance of preparing your deed for you.
