If necessary, we can have a notary come to your location to notarize your execution of the deed. An in-person notary is required if you do not want to sign the deed via a Remote Online Notarization (RON) signing or if you fail the knowledge based assessment (KBA), an identity verification process that is required in order to conduct a RON signing. This fee may vary if the signer is not located in Maryland or the District of Columbia. The fee is per signing location.
